During this phase, he developed strong expertise in block selection, quality assessment, processing standards, and client coordination, working closely with industry professionals and large-scale projects.

Driven by a vision to create a brand defined by quality, transparency, and long-term partnerships, he embarked on a new entrepreneurial milestone in 2023 by establishing Trion Marbles—his own independent venture in the marble and natural stone segment.

Under his leadership, Trion Marbles focuses on:

• Modern processing standards, including advanced cutting, polishing, and finishing

Co-Director Mr.Charan Babu

Mr. R. Charan Babu, son of Late Mr. L. Ramesh Babu, began his professional journey with Trion Marbles in 2024. Since joining the organization, he has been actively involved in managing key aspects of the marble business, including block selection, quality assessment, processing coordination, polishing standards, and dispatch planning, with a dedicated focus on Botticino marble.

He works closely with Director Mr. G. Ajay Prashanth, who brings extensive experience and proven excellence in the marble industry. Under his mentorship, Mr. Charan Babu has developed a strong operational understanding of domestic and international marble trade requirements, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution—particularly in the supply of premium Botticino marble.

Mr. Charan Babu plays a vital role in day-to-day operations, client coordination, and internal communications, effectively supporting the Director across all business functions. His structured approach and clear communication help maintain seamless coordination between clients, production teams, logistics partners, and management.
